At ADCO we believe a responsive, friendly, and efficient customer service is paramount to the success of any company. For product manufacturers an effective management of warranty requests is as equally important. To meet and exceed these requirements for our manufacturers, we have designed an effective and skilled Service Center that offers Customer Care, Warranty Administration, and after Warranty Parts Sales. Our Service Center employees have hands-on experience on a wide variety of products in the appliance service industry and extensive customer service training. In addition to quality staff, ADCO has built a vast network of trained and reliable Service Agents throughout the United States and Canada. Working closely with these agents allows us to quickly respond to and repair any warranty issue. To better represent and support our manufacturers, we have recently invested heavily in our technical infrastructure by upgrading our Phone System, Internal Network, Website, Report Structure, and CRM. This combination of experienced customer orientated staff, wide reaching Service Agent network, and modern flexible technology allows us to offer insight and assistance beyond your typical call center.
In addition to the Service Center our company headquarters also contains a 10,000 square foot warehouse that is fully equipped with shipping and receiving capabilities, loading dock, pallet storage, adjustable shelf storage, and even a product testing facility. From here we ship replacement warranty parts directly to our Service Agents and customers. For manufacturers not requiring warranty administration we also offer a Parts Center service. Utilizing both our Service Center and Warehouse, this service provides manufacturers with a self-contained parts hub, and their customers with fast easy access to replacement factory authorized parts along with limited technical assistance.
For manufacturers with their own Service Center, ADCO can provide warehousing and distribution services for both complete products and replacement parts. With plans to expand our 10,000 square foot warehouse, we offer a large space from which parts can be received, stored, and distributed. In addition to storage and shipping, we can also provide a product returns service. Working closely with FedEx, ADCO can accurately manage and distribute large quantities of product at an affordable rate.
