ADCO has been spectacular. Customer service at this level is simply non-existence these days. I contacted ADCO for a Fagor issue, they reached out on a Sunday afternoon to rectify the situation and followed up with a phone call.
Truly amazing representative (Karl) took the reigns and followed through on each step of the replacement process.

- Single Unit Pressure Cookers sized 4, 6 or 7 quarts require a 9" gasket. Pressure Cooker Sets consisting of 4 & 6 quart pots or 4 & 7 quart pots also require a 9" gasket.
- Single Unit Pressure Cookers sized 8 and 10 quarts require a 10" gasket. Pressure Cooker Sets consisting of 4 & 8 quart pots also require a 10" gasket.
- All quart sizes for the Cayenne and Chef Pressure Cookers require a 10” gasket.
- This replacement gasket is not suited for the Fagor Pressure Cooker/Fryer (models equipped with a clamp-down lid). To obtain a replacement gasket for these models, please contact us.
